1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Haul Yeah! Dumpster Rental website, the Advisor booking tool, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Haul Yeah! Dumpster Rental operates as a booking platform that connects customers with independent, third-party local hauling companies ("Partner Haulers") for dumpster rental services. Haul Yeah! is not itself a waste hauling company. Advisor is a tool that provides dumpster size recommendations and pricing estimates based on information you provide; recommendations are estimates only and final size, availability, and pricing are confirmed at the time of booking with a Partner Hauler.
3. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability from Partner Haulers serving your location.
- Pricing shown through Advisor is an estimate and may be adjusted based on final confirmation from the Partner Hauler, including debris type, weight, and location-specific factors.
- Payment terms, accepted payment methods, and invoicing are set by the Partner Hauler fulfilling your order unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- You are responsible for providing accurate information about your project, delivery address, and access requirements at the time of booking.
4. Rental Period, Extensions & Pickup
- Standard rental periods, extension fees, and early pickup terms are set by the Partner Hauler fulfilling your order and will be confirmed at booking.
- You are responsible for requesting extensions before your confirmed rental period ends. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or a scheduled pickup proceeding as originally planned.
- You are responsible for ensuring the dumpster is accessible for pickup on the scheduled date.
5. Weight Limits & Overage Fees
Each dumpster size includes a weight allowance set by the Partner Hauler. Exceeding this allowance will result in an additional per-ton overage fee, calculated based on the weight of the loaded dumpster at the disposal facility. You are responsible for reviewing weight allowances before booking, particularly for dense materials such as concrete, dirt, brick, or roofing debris.
6. Prohibited Items
You agree not to place hazardous materials, chemicals, medical waste, or other restricted items in a rented dumpster, as described in our Prohibited Items guide. Loading prohibited items may result in additional fees, delayed pickup, or refusal of service, and you may be held responsible for costs associated with improper disposal.
7. Property Placement & Access
You are responsible for ensuring adequate space and access for delivery and pickup, and for confirming placement location prior to delivery. Haul Yeah! and its Partner Haulers are not responsible for damage to driveways, landscaping, or other property resulting from standard delivery, placement, or pickup of a dumpster, except where caused by the Partner Hauler's negligence. You are responsible for obtaining any required permits for placement on public property, such as streets or rights-of-way.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling policies, including any applicable fees, are set by the Partner Hauler fulfilling your order and will be provided at the time of booking.
9. Relationship With Partner Haulers
Haul Yeah! acts as a booking intermediary and does not itself perform delivery, hauling, or disposal services. Partner Haulers are independent, third-party businesses responsible for their own licensing, insurance, equipment, and service quality. Haul Yeah! makes reasonable efforts to work with qualified Partner Haulers but does not guarantee the performance of any individual Partner Hauler and is not liable for their acts or omissions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haul Yeah! Dumpster Rental shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to property damage, delays, or losses resulting from the acts of a Partner Hauler. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Haul Yeah! Dumpster Rental from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or placement of prohibited items in a rented dumpster.
12. Changes to These Terms
Haul Yeah! Dumpster Rental may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
